After the announcement that Frank Darabont was stepping down from the position of showrunner on The Walking Dead, everyone has been worried about who would be taking his place. We'll they've wasted no time and executive producer Glen Mazzara has stepped forward and filled the position. Mazzara is considered to be the no. 2 to Darbont as well as "...our head writer and...a fantastic asset."It has been reported that these events haven't affected the production of the show, which is a relief to say the least. He has enough experience that it seems it'll all work out. Mazzara has worked on productions such as The Shield, Crash, Criminal Minds, and Hawthorne. There is no further information on Darbont's reason's for leaving but we'll keep you up to date on all things zombie!
